Keeps the price down and eliminates potential electric gremlins and downtime. Safety comes first with a push power-on switch which instantly cuts the power if the lamp falls or is dropped accidentally.

Boasting 48 powerful LED's, more than most other comparable lamps, the Purple UV Lamp also packs 273 mW/cm2 of intensity to match it's more expensive rivals. To make things more reliable and uncomplicated this lamp eliminates items like timer circuit boards and digital readouts, which are nice not really necessary for professionals used to UV curing on a daily basis. But, this clever UV lamp has a 'Beep' feature in 10 second increments, meaning that if the resin, coating or adhesive you are curing only requires 10 seconds then one 'beep' and you're done, if it needs 30 seconds, just release the button after three beeps, no circuitry needed to shut off the lamp! Smart.

So, the Purple UV Lamp is just as powerful as rivals, has less components to go wrong, weighs less, reaches in to awkward areas with ease, stands out in the workshop........and best of all costs less to buy and less to service and maintain.

These specially designed LED Heads are extremely flexible and light. They can be mounted on conveyors at any angle or orientation required and in any wavelength needed. They come standard in 395nm. We stock 300mm and 600mm wide heads but any width can be ordered. In addition, they can be released for handheld jobs requiring a bit of flexibility for those hard to reach areas. They are also coloured purple.
